Description:

Unilever AR Experience is an AR app that is used for a roadshow to educate and promote the public on what Unilever does.

At start, users would use their IPad and scan the surrounding. Once scanned, the game would populate the area checkpoints.

Once users have completed a stage and scanned the checkpoint, they would be able to proceed onward to the next stage.

After 4 stages are completed, a congratulation message would be presented to the user signifying that they have completed the app.

Techniques Used:

  • QR Code

  • QR Code is used to check that user is at the start line.

  • AR function

  • AR is used where products are placed on the screen in real world position so that users could go up and inspect it.

  • Image recognition

  • Image recognition is used to scan the area and populate the area scanned with the necessary checkpoints.
